Omg!!! I just upgraded my plates and mounted my freestyle jackson 2190 figure skates into my customer rollerskates my plate is the powerdyne reactor neo! Wow what a difference! Ur only as good as your equipment! Anyways thank you for this video I only have a couple of 3 turns that I do and the core is SO VERY IMPORTANT MY hubby is a Physical Therapist and let me tell you nicole has nailed it on this. 3 turns are my nemesis! I love them but I fear them in my right foot. Thank you so very much nicole 💗
