Thank you #defining and #Motee. All said here has played such a vital part in my life moreso this year. It hasn't been the easiest thing but you learn to see the patterns that keep occuring and work towards actively changing them. Some days are better than other days but it makes one learn to be intentional in their way of doing and to keep trying♥️. It is important to not deny the present but to accept then find ways to move on. Guard your heart. If you are a person of faith pray for yourself and be honest about your current state and seeking help psychologically helps. Love and light to all going through it🙏🏾✨

Yoh the process of unlearning is the most challenging thing hey? like understanding your childhood traumas and how they are affecting your relationships(friendships,romantic etc) is definitely sth that’s hard to do. Personally I’ve started writing down my feelings and why I’m feeling that way. The things that trigger me and I’m constantly trying to find ways to educate myself on my feelings and how to deal with them in a healthy way. Also being vulnerable and admitting that you do have a problem is definitely one of the most important steps in your mental health journey. I was actually having a bad day and this video just reminded me how it’s so important to prioritize on my mental health. Thank you Dennis for this❤️
@BasiOliphant4 жыл бұрын
Oh my gosh, Thato actually spoke truths there. 🥺😭🥺😭 people ALWAYS undermine how i would feel about a certain thing. “But do you know what I’m going through?” Yho it literally started to make me feel crazy and also that stopped the safe space Mo was talking about cause now I wont tell you things cause in most of the situations you are always the one we should look at.

@kamvamhlana99484 жыл бұрын
This is so important. I've learnt a lot about myself once I took my mental health seriously. People tend to undermine what others are going thru and that can affect how you trust others with your issues and can also affect how you open up with others. Mental health definitely is a journey and not a destination. It takes daily growth and daily motivation thru out each day.

What a beautiful and edifying conversation ❤️ We definitely need to normalize speaking about these things because our mental health truly does shape a lot of our decisions and behavior towards other people. So it's so essential to understand where it all stems from. Thank you so much for this, I loved it ❤️

Thato actually just made me realise something I haven't addressed, sibling issues that eventually cause rivalry/anger/hatred. It just broke my heart because I know see how issues arise due to lack of communication,even with our siblings. Opening up that safe space for my younger sister and I is what I actually should've done 😢I don't know where to begin,so much has been said and done, but thank u for sharing this.

I define mental health as either a positive or negative thinking process. Ones level of change or transformation is dependent on their enlightenment and awareness. Never undermine or disregard other peoples feelings. What i have learned in life is each person has their own individual experiences and we actually think we understand each other but no. Loved the topic.
