Good place over all and has potential. Very dated but hay he’s renting. Not sure more than 1-2 people would fit in the tiny kitchen. Not nit picking, he is in a desirable location, very hard to find a larger home with a pool and room outside, many homes here are very dated, they build it then live in it, rent it, let family members live in it till it falls down. Up keep, updating is never a thought here unless the home is owned by an affluent family. Several times I’ve updated for comfort with the owners approval, compared to most homes here it is very nice he is kind to let you vlog it.

Thanks for the house tour! I'd want to live there too especially for the amazing price of the rent. I do know God has a special home he's reserved for us when we move to the Philippines, hopefully next year. I'm looking online right now. We do plan on visiting Subic Bay in July where my husband who served in the US Navy will get baptized in Subic Bay water. He was stationed in Subic for 3 months and went scuba diving by Grande Island. He became a Christ follower in 2021. Take care Mike and God bless! :)

11:46 at 20,000php per month for electricity, a couple of Solar AC might be worth looking into as they might payback in a year. 5000 watts solar should be able to provide about 5 hp of air conditioning and run the pool pump, and cost about $3k to $5K

He painted it and put some pictures up and it looks awesome!! And all for $73 a month! He said was paying a lot less in his previous location but it was very basic Filipino style. It wasn't bad at all, but he got upset the landlord increased the rent by $20 after a year.

It's a beautiful place alright and no doubt worth every penny. It's also in a great location since I consider Pampanga the best place in the country to live. I think in Canadian dollars and that 80,000 when electricity is added is $2,000.00 dollars a month which would put that out of reach for 99.9% of expats. For the family that can afford it though, what a terrific way to live.

If I spent that much money, I would want to be on the beach. And from what I’ve seen of Angela city so far on videos from other vloggers I’m not real impressed. I’m a single guy house like that is just way too much house! I want something oceanfront if I find a Filipina.
