Officially the first McLaren 570S to break the 9 second barrier in the 1/4 mile. Built and tuned by Marco Manzie at Billet Design Motorsports in Pompano Beach, FL. With the only modifications being exhaust, billet design custom tune, and cooling modifications this thing makes going 9's look easy! Thanks for watching!

11Rex I know dyno'd usually read to the wheels. but it had written engine HP on the graph. which made me think they were converting it back to engine HP to see gains over the stock output

They are. I have an Alpha 7 MP4-12C and test drove a 570GT, it felt pretty close for a stock car. McLaren lies about the HP and weight of the 570 series. They weigh closer to 3100lbs with all the fluids. The stock HP numbers are also BS. More like 600hp crank based on 530rwhp. P.S. your avatar cracked me up. Holiday Special Luke

Considering the car is cheaper, has better steering than the 650s and the same basic engine as all other Mclaren cars, tuning it is a no brainer. Turbo cars are superior to N/A cars in that way. It's really great to see Ferrari have some competition. The new 720s should run away from the 488,for much less money

Chad Andersen quickest refers to time. fastest refers to speed. they are different units of measurement

Quickest means acceleration, fastest is top speed. You can run the 1/2 mile in 8 seconds at 150 mph, or 10 seconds at 200 mph. The 8@150 is QUICKER, the 10@200 is FASTER.
