Not only this is one of my favest A-ha songs but i've also watched them performing this live in front of me.I always ended up getting front row tickets that were near the stage.Always thrilling.I recall the first time hearing them playing this, I got chills,...lol....i was about to faint during this one and 'Hunting high and low".

This is the title song off their second studio album. The album version is insane but they did well here too (many years later!). The a-ha boys are extremely talented. They are incredibly good on stage and such accomplished musicians. Thank you Henrik and you for the reaction! PS: good luck Lulu!! 🌹🕊

La voz de Morten tan suave como mantequilla😊. Yo digo: tan suave como el terciopelo y tan dulce como la miel 😊😉. Amo esta voz celestial y A-HA, gracias totales por su reacción🌹🌹💕

I don't think I'm wrong when I say that this is the song most a-ha fans have as their favorite. It was never released as a single, which I can understand, but for reasons other than the quality of the song. The album version is in a class of its own. Amazing song that is very deep. Love it. Nice to see you liked it too.

A-HA where a massive band in Europe But are only known in the US for " TAKE ON ME" and such are regarded as one hit wonders So i was glad to see/hear that you ladies had heard of them if not this song Which is quite magical in it's own right But not regarded as one of their huge hits
@Cta2006Ай бұрын
They had more than one hit in the Us thoguh, it is just that Take On Me was such an overwelming sucess that it overshadowed anyhting else they did, than x to a US recordlabel that insiste don promotin gthem as a boyband, focusing on their looks rather that the ir melodies and,lyrcis.

That last note lead up to the next song - The Sun Always Shines on TV. They did two more songs after that - Stay on These Roads and then Sycamore Leaves. Later that night they did Kygo’s version of Take On Me - with Kygo! A magical moment deserving your reaction😊

This song is pretty much a hidden treasure for anyone not huge into A.ha already. I cant remember if you did Living A Boys Adventure Tale with them yet? EDIT: I blinked abit with my memory,its from theyr debut album,but never got the attention it deserves,almost like Scoundrel Days and the follow up songs on theyr 2nd album did as well. The very difficult follow up album from theyr record breaking first album. And i think in many ways they nailed it,although worldwide it didnt get the recognition they deserved. As Donna rightfully said,they have been around since forever. A-ha is today only beaten by the guys in ZZ-Top who started together in 1970,and has the record for longest active band with the original lineup. Think about it, 42 years,soon going on 43 years for a pop band. I have not heard about anyone that does pop music that has stayed together for as long,and only beaten by ZZ-Top is impressive in itself. And the guys hasnt given any signs of wanting to stop with music yet,i guess A-ha will be around as long as theyr health allows for it.

That was a long wait, thought you guys had abandoned a-ha lol. should checkout living a boys adventure tale form the royal Albert hall. Or touchy from the live in South America tour from the 90’s
@DanielaDormiaru-ih9xf22 күн бұрын
I'm not very fond of Touchy, but the version from Live in South America tour is a favorite of mine, like others songs in this tour Slender Frame, Rolling Thunder, I Call Your Name, and including Scoundrel Days version (my favorite version due to the guitar outro).

LADIES, a band not covered (unless I missed it somehow) by you is THE CARS. Several Utube videos with them playing live on THE MIDNIGHT SPECIAL TV show are available. Preferably with BEN ORR (blond/reddish hair) singing lead vocals! Most people know those hit song featured on THE MIDNIGHT SPECIAL!
