I’m so happy for you yay!!🥳 but yes I did because I love food and it was annoying how fast the clear elastics stained so I just got blue most of the time🫶🏽

I got mine a week ago at 30 to expand my arch slightly cx of breathing problem! It took me long to decide as i had no alignment issues so i thought i would look weird with braces on already aligned teeth and i always used to come back without em 🤣 N now when i got em its painful! I like the look overall but I can't eat properly. I will be wearing em for a year!

I still wear mine 24/7! But eventually I think they’ll switch me to only wearing it at night! I believe you should always use it or else your teeth can shift!
