Guy never disappoints. I was lucky enough to meet him and experience the sound check at his recent Sydney concert. He sounds just as good live! He was so humble and lovely. A fantastic Australian talent.

I went to his concert last week best concert ever and I’m 77 years old , he should be no 1 all over the world not just Australia,he sings so much better then a lot of singers.Australia just not given a fair go it’s always American music ,we have singers in Australia that are tops.I won’t to thank you for playing our Aussie singers there are so many more you haven’t heard off.

Guy Sebastien has to be one of the best songwriters, lyrics and music, in the world! He is a world class singer, world class song writer, world class performer, the man can dance, and he's genuine. Jules Sebastien, his wife is an awesome professional stylist, though I have no idea if she's involved in the overall look of the staging. When he was so young, 20-21 when he won our first Australian Idol he astonished those involved by doing much of the arranging for the musicians. His voice wasn't as strong then, but did have the dexterity, passion, authenticity. It was clear, even then, that Guy was a rare talent! What a great decision voters made then. This is the first time I've heard Battle Scars since the financial challenges he's had with management (still in court), Battle Scars takes on a whole new meaning. In the national psyche, Guy Sebastien has a very similar place to John Farnham. What a treasure. Thank you Nic! I always learn from your authentic reactions! You're a delight to watch and listen to, and I love your voice, and tone too!

Guy is the real deal. Never really made it outside of Australia except for Battle Scars with Lupe Fiasco. Over 20 years ago he won Australian Idol. His style is R&B /pop. And I believe he writes all his own music
