Ally Venable
18 year old Ally Venable began singing when she was a young child at her family's church. More recently she began playing guitar and became a protégé of Lance Lopez. In the short time she's been involved with the blues music scene she's made a tremendous splash, winning the 2014 and 2015 Easy Texas Female Guitarist of the Year awards.

I just discovered this guitar player a few days ago, and have watched a number of vids. As a photographer I've shot quite a few guitar players. They're often difficult, because so many rarely look up from the fretboard. She doesn't spend a lot of time looking down, here she often has her head lifted and her eyes closed. Just sayin'.
