The baby girl's name is Malena. Melina in Polish means a place (usually someone's private apartment) where you can buy alcohol at any time of the day or night, where they do not ask for ID. In some 'melina's you can drink this alcohol, sleep or hide from the police for day or two.

Congrats and hello from Chicago! Take care of yourself girl. Hope you made some friends there, that you can hang out with and vent to. You'll need all the support you can find. My daughter is a year behind, in other words a little over a year old. Birth is really traumatic, hence I hope you found some friends that you can talk to about everything. Plus being in a different country where it is hard to understand what was going on in the background during birth had to be extremely stressful. I couldn't understand half the medical vernacular in English at Northwestern here. That had to be tough! Hang in there! Hugs from Chi-town!

Iyah you speak the Poland language very well.its awesome babygirl gets to explore both her cultures& languages! & She's growing quickly. she'll out grow her newborn clothes in no time I have a 18 month old niece it seemed like we only got to enjoy her being a baby 3-4 months but after that she outgrew clothes & shoes! I don't know maybe it's me over thinking this but babies born during & after the pandemic they're smarter more observant try to hold their heads up without support. I can tell you really love being a mom& I'm so happy we as subscriber's got a chance to experience pregnancy with you thank you!
