I remember during my first playthrough of Act V, this song came on at the conclusion of Shen's mini-quest. Then the spirit disappeared and the main character and Shen shared some words, with Shen telling him/her that he just wanted a moment to himself. This song playing in the background made that scene 10000x sadder and better

I love how this track intensifies the bigger the kill streak you get. And once the streak ends, the song slowly ends. But you just don't want it to end. You're on a mission to save mankind. And you can't stop. I hope they bring this track back for Diablo IV.

Makes me wonder if we're going to see any resolutions to some of the D3 characters in Diablo4. Kormac and Eirena? Lyndon and his brother's wife? Shen and Dirges? What happened with the Nephelem after the defeat of Malthael? Why did heaven close its gates? Questions I hope are all answered.

I whish everyone could relive and feel what I felt the first time I heard this masterpiece in Diablo III. Everyone thought this game a disaster and dead. I bet even the devs gave up on it in a sense. Perfect fitting for the game world itself. You are the hero that saved Sanctuario. All the prime evils are dead and yet the world is closer to destruction then ever before. The Angel of death himself deemed humanity to be extinguished. And you, the hero, is the only hope there is and that is exactly how this song starts and feels like as you venture out in the apocalypse. In hopelessness, you are the one that brings hope. And then the music tops it to remind you: you can do it. You must do it. Or all is lost. And then it hits you. The Diablo original Theme incorporated perfectly into this theme of hope in hopelessness.

This song plays when you are chasing Adria, OMG, It felt so personal after what she did to Leah. This song makes all even more sad, because you can imagine Leah's soul destroyed thanks to her "lovely" mother. They also used this soundtrack for Heroes of the Storm when they released Li-Ming (the Wizard from D3). I have played all Diablo games, 2 and 3 are my favs. D4 is ok, but you cut the main story and the game feels weak and repetitive. The soundtracks (for me at least) are all perfect and the best. My top D1 - Tristram D2 - Wilderness D3 - Chains of Fate D4 - Daughter of Hatred.

Was it the best game in the franchise, no. Did it have some awesome music? Yes. And regardless of what people say, I found fun in some things of the game, especially cause me and my family would couch co-op the game and have fun killing demons. As well as seeing who can put together the best class and fashion. We did the challenges and story, climbed the torment ladder, and played each class cause once again, regardless of what others may say. Me and my family had lots of fun slaying demons. That and also punching Diablo in the face every run.

Meh, it is good but, it doesn't feel like diablo music. Too clean, loud and polished. Soundtracks in previous parts were made, for the most part, ambient with little isles of intense intentionaly dirty music which boosted atmosphere of the zones, since it couldn't be made with just graphics.
