2:36 that head sculpt was also used in the IDW Comics as well so technically its comics (Edit) I know IDW was based off the movie design but with how Legacy is going they're more into comics and shows and book rather that than the movies and games since Studio Series is producing them. The other day, my brother saw Cannonball and Lockdown at our Walmart, and that tells me the others should not be far behind them. Hoping for the best collecting them because I'm combining this sub-line with the Legacy United Armorizers before opening them up. Especially because of a story tidbit someone on Hasbro made up for the Star Seekers/Raiders using Armorizer technology in their quest to conquer Cybertron.

I got them all and they are all great, except Thundetron. He got a great bot mode, but his beast more is horrendous. I will get rid of him sooner or later. The underdog that most impressed me is Ferak. I didn't expect much from him, but there's much more remolding than I expected. Plus his colors are better in hand than in pictures. As for the rest of the deluxes, that are very good, my favorite being Road Pig and the Rock Lord.

I had the Cybertron Cannonball both as a kid and as an adult and Imma be honest, the Legacy one absolutely blows that one out of the water (pun intended yarrr). Most of the time I hella stan older figures, but for that mold specifically, yea there is no comparison the new one just feels so much nicer and poses so much nicer while still keeping the most memorable parts compared to that baggy old deluxe.

This is a really cool subline. Haven't got the original Thundertron, but the colors and head sculpt of the Leader boxed one make it an easy buy if I ever come across it. Really liked the Metal Hawk retool as I never got the Kingdom Cyclonus so would also buy the Ferack. Last for me is the Filch, as I don't own a single iteration of the mold, but the colors and mechanical molding make this so much more interesting. Looking forward to Cybertron Red Alert down the line.

Lockdown looks great! Definitely a cool version of the character! Want him. Hoping for a TFA version some-point soon. I kinda want Thundertron, but now I don't know which version to get; single-pack initial release, or Star Seekers Multipack. The Multipack is a good value at $60: A $35 Voyager + $25 Deluxe + $5 Micromaster = $65. But, this is $5 less. Good value. And, all 3 figures are really cool. Very cool and nice color scheme Calcitron has; really cool deco/colors on Thundertron; and really cool and honestly cute Nightstrike, also cool he turns into a flag. But, I don't know if I want the one (Thundertron) with normal hand or hookhand. Idk. Anyway, Ferak looks cool and the levels of retooling they did for him is quite nice. Not sure if I want him, but maybe. I'm not familar with Cannonball, but I want him solely because he looks very, very cool. Roadpig looks cool, not sure if I want him, tho. Maybe. Edit: Scrap. I forgot Filch. Shes cool. I like her. But, I don't really want her too much. But, maybe, just maybe, I'll get her. Maybe.

Someone pitched the solo Thundertron as a younger "prequel" one and this Walmart one as a grizzled "present day" one. Kind of having trouble deciding between this and the Takara Super Starscream (that will probably cost about as much despite just being a repaint with possibly blast effects and nothing more).

And given my stores never got the Toxitron collection until MAY (and never the leaders), I’ve basically got no hope. I'd say that mold fatigue may set in (if not flat oud degradation for the bulk of the body), but they would get away with making a single toy for both versions (altough, cybertron defense squad red alert is another story)

I've got Cannonball, he's a neat figure, and he's one of my favorite figures in the Star Raiders line, and like you said, his doors don't tab in behind the wheelwells in the vehicle mode, I also want Lockdown because I have the AOE Lockdown figure, and that thing is old at this point because it's ten years old at this point. I've got about most of the Velocitron Speedia 500 Collection line because I have Override, Burnout, IDW Blurr, and Crasher, Crasher and Override were my top two sought after choices, Burnout was a nice surprise because she's a Diaclone repaint of Skids, and a vast improvement over the original mold, which is second next to Cannonball in my opinion, and IDW Blurr is a good figure, I found Titans Return Blurr, and I can clearly see the difference between the two molds, which is why I will have them identified separately. Crasher I know is A Mirage repaint, but one that works for me because WAY back in 2008, she was in the 2007 movie line as Fracture (which that name is used on a different character, thank goodness), which she was supposed to be part of the Universe line, but Hasbro bungled that up, and as far as that figure went, the Legacy figure blows that one out of the water, and is pretty enjoyable, and makes me happy. Override, man, she needed a bit more paint, but she is a good figure , but she didn't come with a Cyber Planet Key like Cybertron Hotshot and Cannonball did in United, but she is still a good figure. Had Hasbro given her more paint to be more show accurate and a Cyber Planet Key, that would have been made Override a better figure. I'm so glad I customized my Override figure to be more show accurate. The Toxitron collection, I only got G2 Mirage because I'm a 90s kid. People reading this comment who hate G2 will probably hate me for liking G2, but I will say that G2 had a bumpy ride, and we never got G1 Mirage in G2 colors, wake up and face reality, people, Machine Wars is not better than G2 because you guys never got over hating G2 for it's reuse and repaints of older figures. Moving on from that rant, I never got Toxitron because Toxiton wasn't stocked where I live, and the other molds, I missed out on Cloud cover, and I avoided the other Deluxes of the capsule collection because while they look good, they didn't peak my interest, come on, I didn't even get that line's G2 Grimlock because of how expensive that is, price inflation is the worst thing to happen to us, y'know? Now United is something I was looking forward to, and it did not disappoint with Cannonball when I got him, and he's pretty good looking figure, being a repaint of Crankcase, who in turn was a remold/retool of Skids, I think is the best version of the mold to date, and I considered getting lockdown, same with Filch because I do like her as a character, but I have yet to get those two. Not sure if I want Road pig, though, I wanted the Junkions from Evolution so bad like Scraphook and Crashbar, and yet, Detritus is one, so, yeah, I only have Detritus, funny enough, so I can't complain. Speaking of Evolution, I wanted Armada Hot shot ever since he came out, I wanted him so bad, but since Cybertron Hot shot came out in United, I can't complain since I got him, so I'm satisfied. Now I want Excellion in the next line. And Speaking of Age Of The Primes, I'm glad that Crasher is coming back so that you guys can get her, besides, I'm one of the lucky few to get crasher when she first came out in Legacy, even though I'm not the first, so I can't claim bragging rights to that, even though I'd like to, so I'll not rain on your parades and keep my mouth shut.
