The meme of Cliffjumper dying has caused such a Mandela Effect, though I vaguely remember he only really died three times in recency, at least with Prime, IDW, and the Bumblebee Movie... Skybound, a series notorious for the body count, has weirdly given Cliff A LOT of plot armor to avoid it so far.

@@fennekin1750 I hate to rain on your parade, but the reason Daniel Warren Johnson had Bumblebee die so soon was because he didn't like drawing him. That and the fact that he won't listen to our protests to bring Bumblebee back no matter how many times we protest. In short, instead of having Bumblebee pull a William Afton just like in Rise of the Beasts, DWJ basically said, "Nah, let's just have Bumblebee stay dead because he's had the spotlight for far too long."

Cliff might have died in between the Reign Of Starscream and Alliance comics in the IDW Bayverse because Thundercracker badly wounded him in ROS but his body was missing by the time Alliance happened which was like no time at all but since he didn't appear again or any of the other bots on that were on Mars so it could mean he might have died.

Hes mostly just a major character, not the spotlight character all the time. I just like Bumblebee; hes awesome and a top favorite of mine. Revive him as Goldbug. Its too stupid not to. Just have someone else draw him if you really don't want to. 2: Technically speaking, Bee didn't die at all in ROTB. He was simply severely injured and incapacitated. Because of this, his body went into "sleep-mode", if you will, or something akin to a coma. Or, something akin to cardiac arrest. The Energon surge served similarly to a defibrillator. Something similar happened in BB, then he was recharged by Charlie. Both times, he never truly died.

A heads up for people who get this set, as mentioned in the video Cliffjumper's shoulder assembly is very lose out of the box, and that's because the screw that holds his torso together isn't in tight enough. just take a screw driver and turn the screw a few more times and the assembly will tighten up. the tabs don't really work, but the friction from the tighter screw will make up for it.

This isn't your regular Cliff. Prime Cliff took on a legion of Vehicons before he got captured. Scream got a cheap blow while he was weak. Squeezeplay and spober dying quick. Tarn would be a challenge.

Lets hope so. It'd be a cool inclusion as well as a good work-around. I think SS86 Megatron should be a Leader Class and transforms into a tank, but all the tank-parts hide away well enough to give him a good and accurate enough silhouehette. I think it could be doable considering Siege/ER Megs is a Voyager and we know how he turned out, and this one, 86, would be a Leader. Tank-parts could compress into the backs of his legs and some other parts could potentially origami themselves into different parts of the design (legs, arms, torso). I don't care for 1:1 accuracy and it probably won't even be possible to do as a Leader; as long as hes accurate enough and has a clean enough silhouehette, and is overall good, then I'm happy.

Oh, how I achieved that is, I stole 86 Hot Rod's buzzsaw and attached it to the gun-base piece (y'know the one) from Slammer. Basically attach it [onto Knockout's arm] the same way you'd attach the gun onto Slammer's arm, but the piece would have the buzzsaw rather than gun.

Cliffjumper and Tarn are definite stand-outs! They're the main reason I want the pack! I had my doubts, but Cliff works better using Chase's mold than I thought! He looks great! Tarn is a sick repaint based on a sick version of the character! And, from the knowledge I _do_ have, I don't think Tarn has ever had a sword, but somehow, it works really, really well! He looks great with it! (I still need Bludgeon...) Idk Cancer/Squeezeplay, but he looks cool; quite a bit of retooling which is nice and cool. Tarantulas repaint looks cool; I could perhaps, potentially use him as a new character. We'll see. I really want this set!! Its awesome! ......And, lets hope Cliff will be fine, ey? Hope hes not in too much trouble. Also, I'm still waiting for Barricade from Chase's mold. It'd look absolutely perfect and awesome! Replace Cliff's gun/Chase's capture-claw with a buzzsaw weapon or a flail-thing. It'd be great. And, tbh, I don't think the mold could be bad as TFP Wheeljack. With enough retooling, hopefully _ALOT,_ it could work pretty well, I think.

Those who've read the Skybound comics like myself would know that Cliffjumper finally got his time to shine. The one thing I didn't like was the fact that the spotlight came about due to Bumblebee getting murked by Starscream in Issue 1.

Honestly I feel like they really should have made Tarantulas Rampage instead. I'm completely torn on this pack. It's a great selection of figures, but I only really want it for Cliffjumper. Don't care about Tarantulas, have Tarn, Squeezeplay is a fun novelty, but Cliffjumper is a peak update of the original, and the Chase mold was literally designed to be him though it suits both very well. Definitely going to watch out for a sale for this one.
