And again OUAT changes the laws of magic. They said last season that someone that fell under a sleeping curse couldn't fall in the curse again.

Lily potter But, both of them have been under the sleeping curse. And they made it a "rule" that anyone whi have been under the curse couldn't fall on it again.

I think this sleeping Curse is a little different that the original Sleeping curse. True those who've already been put under the curse, are immune, but the Queen said "This one comes with a twist." and Regina explained, this New Curse the Queen Cast on Snow's Heart, the Heart She and Charming now share, only one half Of Snow's heart can be awake at one time. it's still weird.
