Yo! I was thinking about this. If I take upward mobility which is buying XP cost 1 less. What if i put xerath and it give me charm which is for this round your XP cost 1 less and reroll cost 1 coin. What if we combine it? It is gonna give me 2 less XP to buy or just 1 less?
