Those tank players move so fast. Everytime i use my tanks i just drive on the floor at 2mph also like the walter rifle partly because walter partly because death beam. Im pretty new to this game even though ive almost S ranked all the levels but i think most people did that before i bought it But ive found it really fun and very difficult

Tip about tank (especially Borne): Kicks in the air gives you a lot of speed, and you can actually curve your kick lunges at the start for some quick changes in direction. Staying on the ground as a tank is generally where it is at its weakest, so taking advantage of airborne combat and Assault Boost is your way to go.

iirc if you look up "9 Top-Level Players teach "MELEE" | Armored Core 6 PvP" and find the right chapter, Mobi's video goes over the demon blade tech with one of the best users of said tech in the PvP scene. I think they give a short explanation, but iirc Demon Blade is more of an input timing thing, it isn't too complicated and just takes practice.

if you're gonna run the chainsaw punch combo with double lazer orbits (mentioned around 1h50), then it's worth bringing a Kyorai that you can purge. The area denial and zoning can force them to choose between getting burned or intercepted. Which makes getting in that much easier. And you can still purge inside of the combo to land it. A hard-countered build, but can be fun and stylish ;)

23:20 Making RJs quickboost better or even as good as Bipeds on the ground would be pretty silly because then bipeds lose their niche. RJ Specialty is verticality and the very strong kick. Nacht legs kinda blur the lines between biped and RJ which is why they're so popular, but the caveat is the extremely low defenses and very weak kick. I think the Kasuar niche is to run them with a good quickboost booster+high output generator and stay airborne to properly play Kasuar legs

I got the game a couple of days ago, i unlocked pvp recently and i tried for a good amount of time to connect to a match. I’m under the impression that pvp is dead but then i see recent videos of no later than two months ago of pvp builds testing and videos like this. So do i just need to progress further to get to a larger matchmaking or is PvP just dead?

depends on your timezone. Most player base now is US and JP, so that might be a thing. Also, check network settings and make sure that you play on Global

We play on PC. Some folks use controller, some use KBM. The general rule of thumb is that folks that prefer softlock/free-lock tend to favor KBM, thus who prefer using mostly hardlock prefer controller.
