With that syncopated rhythm, "Golden Eggs" sounds kind of like an Afobeats track (that's the genre popularized by Burna Boy and WizKid, among others)!

Interesting observation Pier, I see why you would hear some Afrobeat influences here. It didn't come to mind when I was listening to their music and when I spoke with them, they didn't mention that genre either, but it would make sense as well :)
