Not too sure if this will help anyone but I was having eczema for the past 15 years, had it over my arms and neck, cured myself for free and within one week. I dealt with eczema as a child and it would rear its ugly head into my adulthood, showing up on various body parts (hands, back of legs, arms, etc). Later on, after growing tired of dealing with condescending dermatologists who just wanted to prescribe steroid creams because I, as one of them put it, "had a disease", I decided to get to the bottom of things on my own. I found that, in my case, eczema was related to both candida overgrowth (likely, leaky gut as well) and sensitivity to outdoor allergens (trees, molds, grasses). I started to notice that diet played a strong role, so I cleaned up my diet by eliminating dairy, most processed foods, and refined sugars. I then did a 7-day raw juice cleanse that proved to be life-changing; not only did my skin clear up immediately, but my skin was GLOWING. I later followed this by taking a high-quality probiotic and flaxseed oil, which I continue to take as well as fish oil. Haven't had a flare-up in over 15 years. I firmly believe that eczema can be traced to a gut health issue, not a skin 'disease'.

There are many ways to control and heal Eczema. But one thing that is often overlooked is the liver. If you have bad skin it means you have a grubby liver. Your skin is acting as a second liver. Milk Thistle can actually heal your liver. The recommended dose for most adults is 1 teaspoon of Milk Thistle twice a day. It can be added to smoothies and juice.

Using the cream would help in one place, but then the eczema would appear on another place on my body. I work at an animal allergy and dermatology clinic and the way they treat skin issues is a lot different than in humans. Skin issues are usually related to something going on internally such as diet insufficiencies or food allergies/sensitivities (it can be environmental too). Their goal is never to put an animal on long-term medication, it's always to find the underlying cause. In my experience, it's been the opposite for humans. When I go to the doctor or dermatologist for a skin issue they give me a topical medication and don't talk about anything that could be causing the issue. I've noticed with myself and other people ik with skin conditions (including eczema) that the condition can get worse with certain foods or lack of a balanced diet. One person had eczema flare-ups after drinking coffee and they found the only thing they can have is black espresso.

Essential fatty acid is not the only cause..............everyone I have met always have had an back ground story. The thing is that no one connects eczema or psoriasis with feelings.... And black currant can surely help. As your skin is your third kidney , and your kidneys are so connected to your mental health...... So if you really want to get rid of exzema, improve your diet and clean your liver and try to get help with emotional issues. Bless everyone cause everyone deserves good health. Yes! You’ve hit the nail on the head. It’s easy to get rid of eczema once the stress triggering it is gone (diet, candida clearing, fasting, good oils, etc). Each person is a little different. Skin is very connected to the nervous system and subconscious feelings (the ones we are not so aware of) play a major role. Things like abandonment or separation or even feeling separated cause you are not being heard, are often connected to a flare up. For instance, your dad dies or you have an argument with your lover and get hand eczema. (Look into New German Medicine and Pyramid of Health for further insight). Scott Kiloby does great somatic inquiries to help access unconscious parts of the body connected to many conditions. ❤

I hate when doctors say there’s no known cause. They rarely bother to ask questions of root cause and when they do, their solutions are typically palliative. They often prescribe Triamcinalone Acetonide, a steroid ointment, which does work, but… it’s a steroid. The fact dermatologists have no clue what most skin conditions are or how they start is concerning. I get inchy bumps on my hands, top of forearms, and top of feet, especially when I get really stressed/anxious. Ive tried EVERYTHING to get rid of these things and nothing helps until one day out of desperation I tried heat. Ive tried several techniques but the easiest is to fill a quality ziplock bag with very hot water. Then put that into another bag for safety (dont want it opening on you). Now just hold that bag over any itchy enflamed areas for a second or two. You want it very hot but not scalding obviously. For me I feel the itchiness flare up under the heat then almost immediately die down. I hit all areas back and forth while the water is hot. I'll do this once or twice a day until no itchiness is detectable even under heat. The sooner I do this when I notice any inchy spots the faster they go away without even causing an issue. If I wait too long they spread and flare up very itchy. After trying every potion, lotion, drug the doctor gave me, free heat is the only thing to stop the itch from driving me crazy, and actually HEAL my skin. I believe that maybe these bumps are caused by bacteria or fungus and my skin reaction is getting enflamed which is itchy. The heat kills the cause and skin heals naturally. This only seems to happen when Im really stressed so maybe my immune response is lessened allowing outside invaders into my pores. Another reason I think it might be spores or bacteria, I bought a new nail clipper and nicked my finger. Within a day I had redness. It had given me a fungal infection! After trying every doctor prescribed thing I finally just got a coffee cup of very hot water and dunked my finger every morning. Literally killed the fungus by creating a temperature it couldn't survive in. Same reaction too, I dunked my finger and the itchy sensation flared up in the heat then almost immediately died down. No drugs or prescriptions required. It died from the heat. So its possible the two are related. Either way, heat cured them both when nothing prescribed even touched them. And heat is free. Maybe it helps someone here. 🙏🏻

I laughed and said, "WHY am I beautiful?" He said, "You're skin is so smooth." Then I realized it was because of the supplement. And I am 60 years old. Hope this helps :) Note, give it all time though. Depending on how bad your eczema is. Mine was BAD and all across the front of my lower leg. The first change will be it will dry up around the edges and the patch will look smaller. As time goes on, you'll have less itching and it will alternate between looking red, to looking like a dry patch -- going back and forth until the patch gets smaller and smaller. Now you can barely see it. It's just a tiny dry patch in the middle of the front of my leg. In addition to the supplement, also put a natural cream on it regularly.
