TD just a recruiting tip! When a players reaches his top 5 schools, take off "send the house" and instead use "hard sell". Hard sell him on the values that have the green check marks on the far right. "Hard sell" his cheaper than "send the house" and its much more effective once a player narrows down his schools. Great video as always!

@@yeah._dillon490yeah for sure. smaller board of 15-20 players to start (depending on what school you use) and send the house on the players you really want at first. once they reach their top 5, switch to “hard sell” and you will see a lot more commits a lot sooner in the season. once they commit and you get your hours back, find new prospects and repeat the process🫡

tip for when you get later into the year and looking to add more players to your board with recruiting, try to look at the 5 and 4 star players that don't have any offers given to them. they wont have zero offers forever but if you jump onto them and start recruiting them as soon as possible you will have a higher chance in getting them since no one else is giving them an offer.

TD if you see a five star green gem that means they are not only a five star, but one of the best players in the class. Sometimes those are the generational guys and often the highest rated in the class.

Fun tip, on offense you can hold left trigger to get “coach cam” which gives you different things to look at pre snap. Best one is matchups. A green matchup means you will get a huge gain in man coverage against that specific matchup

You have to attack 4/5 stars right away… and send out offers right away and then by week 4/5 you need to commit to them and have them visiting. Having a late visit sucks and then by mid season find the 3 star gems and then attack the portal later on

When you’re recruiting, check the top right portion of the player and you can see how many hours you can put towards a player. For example, you sent the house on multiple players for 50 hours but based on your head coach abilities as well as your OC and DC, you can get up to 75 hours on a single player. Make sure to use all those points on a recruit you really want. And use all your recruiting points every single week. Don’t leave any points on the board. Might be the difference in getting a recruit or losing them

One thing you should do while recruiting is sorting by who has your school as their first interest. If you offer them a scholarship you have a very high chance of an instant commit without having to send the house or anything

You can schedule a visit with a recruit to boost their interest then once the game is done you get the recruiting points back. This allows you to use around 100 recruiting points on a player while still getting points back

TD I don’t know if you know this or not but whenever you find a gem in recruiting it pretty much raises them up to the ability of a higher star recruit. For example a gem 3 star is really a 4 star a 4 star gem is really a 5 star
