Some quite intriguing arguments you have got here. However, since one needs to judge both sides, one might also argue that a diet of primarily carbs inevitably also contains a bit of fat. If this fat was not to be used because of a carbs mode those mere 5g of fat per day would eventually pile up and you would become obese in time. The body always uses carbs, fats and protein for energy, depending on on the availability for all three. If the body produces too much atp from food it will automatically turn that atp into adp through beta oxidation, which results in fat tissue (this is base level biochem and biology). Excess carbs will lead to temporary fat gain and excess fat will do the same. However, if you want to feel energized you need some carbs unless you want your brain to get starved from its primary food source. Fat is slow, carbs are fast. Unused energy (atp) from carbs are to be turned into fat, excess energy from fat does the same.

Clarification: the atp itself is no different because of its source. The body will use the same amount of energy regardless of what you eat unless you screw up the metabolism. If anything, faster energy would actually give the "system" reason to use more energy because of the availability.

Forgot to add that I respect your willingness to make a justifiable argument and discuss how nutrition affects our bodies. Most people like to comment how I'm a scammer and I'm trying to lie to everyone haha. Just because I'm saying something different to everyone else online. So thankyou bro

I started to eat 1k 1.5k calories daily for a month and lost 6 kilograms. Sure I sometimes I stop eating at 6 Pm and walk in the morning before breakfast.

@@Kai_Stone_ Well I don't actually know. I can close my belt easier and can breath better. But I'm eager to introduce carbs in my diet again. I'm a big rice eater. Hey if I'm wrong I will come back and tell you... If I remember to do it 😅. I simply stumbled in you video by chance during a night shift.
