Is the body dysmphoria prior to the surgery or after? You know, I’ve read somewhere ANY patient especially those with past psych issues should be screened before continuing with a surgery-any kind, not just plastic, because they want to make sure expectations are realistic and how having surgery will effect your behavior, healing, and lifestyle, and how medicine can effect your brain going under anasteshia. I wish someone would have screened me when I had hip surgeries. I wish I would have known patients with hip surgeries have a higher likelihood of developing delirium.

I disagree, I think it's really what they feel because it's noticable.
