Great video! There are numerous factors that can contribute to difficulties with losing weight, and it's important to recognize that weight loss is a complex process that can vary from person to person. While carbohydrates and sugar intake can influence weight management, there are other key factors that may play a role like, caloric imbalance, lack of physical activity, underlying medical conditions, medications, emotional and psychological factors. Of course there are foods that are fattening and should not be habitually eaten. Losing weight is about calories more than what is eaten. All the BS diets mean nothing. I am very lean and muscular as a result of fasting, caloric intake and training. On Monday I eat 24 hours after my last meal on Sunday, 1200 calories (which includes a container of haagen dazs). I do the same Tues and Wed. Caloric restriction like that causes adaptation and will lose effectiveness if done too long. So on Thurs I eat 24 hours after my last meal on Wed, anything I want but with a LOT of calories. Fri, 24 hours after Thurs, anything I want, Sat and Sun 2 meals 8-10 hours apart but I will eat a box of cookies if I feel like it. The 1200 calorie days 24 hours apart and the other meals 24 hours apart are very effective. Try it or a bunch of donuts and I don't gain an ounce. Paleo, Keto, Carnivore are just gimmicks - it's all about caloric intake but you have to switch back and forth between low to high so the body doesn't down regulate and stop fat loss. Mon this week I ate linguine with clams, 1 and a half bowls and 360 calories of haagen dazs. Tues and Wed I ate a 6 oz steak, baked potato and the haagen dazs. I'm 164 pounds and ripped and train 3 days a week in a commercial gym and 4 in a CrossFit gym. 62 years old.

Does it mean a cheating or stopping IF are required in a week ? I do full week IF and low calories intake it did work only a year but I started gaining weight continually and it frustrates me

i would pause on keto being a gimmick as sugar restriction does reverse type 2 diabetes and aid in epilepsy..but yes calories in/out matter ultimately
