Thanks for this video. I learned a new phrase today, "living behind the moon". In the US we use the phrase, "living under a rock". Nice tip, especially for the color page. Those dials are always hard to control with a mouse.

Hahahah - I guess the meaning stays the same 😄 it’s basically 1:1 translated from what we‘re saying in germany 😄 yeah they are super hard to control - what might work as well is having a mouse with easy to switch DPI settings and have a separate, super low DPI for the color page but I don’t know if it interacts that well in the software. Appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment man!🙏🏽

Thanks for the tip. I got myself an extra tracker-ball mouse and set it up for fine adjustments. Not sure if this is the optimal solution but it works well in the colour page and the inspector. I still hope that Blackmagic will someday give us a console with lots of knobs and dials that work on every page.

This sounds super interesting! Which mouse are you using? This would be super cool, but I don’t think it’s going to happen unfortunately.. if the loupedeck would be compatible with Resolve, that would be amazing!!😄

@@SebastianFriedrichVisuals I have the 'Kensington Expert' mouse. The only drawback is that you need to use two hands - to hold the left click on the Kensington (or your other mouse) and the other hand to use the tracker ball. But it certainly makes colour grading a more enjoyable experience for me.

Es geht noch weiter. Du kannst mit dem Cursor auch eine Stelle vorspringen und so gezielt die Zehner Hunderter oder Tausender umstellen.

Ja das stimmt, funktioniert aber leider nicht bei den Color wheels, da springt es immer nach jeder Betätigung auf die letzte Dezimalstelle zurück 😁 auf der Edit Page funktioniert das aber perfekt 🙏🏽
