@@JoppeDS hey! Krotos did change their pricing - the free version was a trial version for early adopters, they now switched to a subscription based model. I still use it (with active subscription to this day) and it’s so worth it!:)

Hey George! 100% exactly my thoughts when I made the first video about KrotosStudio back a couple months ago! And Place It just goes sooo good along with Krotos, it’s unreal! There are so many fantastic free plug-ins out there that sadly often get overlooked, so at this point we’re just doing justice to the companies that put out great stuff like that! Thanks dude! You're more than welcome! I also made another find a couple days ago, however I haven't had the time to share it in a video! It is called Goyo Plug-In (entirely free!) - it is a vst plug in that is mainly useful for everyone who doesn't have davinci resolve studio to access "voice isolation" - this plugin does exactly that, but better and with more controls than "voice isolation" !:)

As always, nice video. I can't agree with your Envato though, why, because too many are badly produced with terrible help files on how to use them for Davinci Resolve.

Hey Jamie! I 100% agree with you on the assets for Resolve, they’re not as high quality as some individual packs that you can get elsewhere- the reason I still really enjoy elements is that some of the packs are usable- but I typically don’t use them, however, their overlays like film burns, grunge textures and stuff like that are super cool and I already got a bunch of them downloaded into my assets folder to use on a regular basis. When it comes to their music and sfx, it’s nothing special but you can find good songs and sfx for sure - but I really mostly use elements for their assets like pitch decks (usually it’s pre-designed keynote templates) that actually look super good or e-mail templates - and those 2 do really save me a good amount of time! But considering the price of $16.50/month for everything I think is fair - because if you‘d add up all the costs to get everything separately, you‘d spend tripple that money at least! But you’re 100% right about the premade templates and plug-ins for Resolve - not all of them, but definitely too many that just aren’t up there! Appreciate the comment & the feedback! 👊🏽🙌🏽

Hey! With elements you can download as much assets as you want - it‘s up to you! After canceling the subscription you can no longer use these assets!:)

Ich hab die das erste Mal auf Instagram über deren Werbung gesehen und mir dann gedacht, naja, schadet nichts, und habe mir 4 Packs geholt - die sind wirklich, was overlays, textures und transitions angeht meiner Meinung nach die besten! Yeah well, I mean audio is important as an editor, right? Secondly, there are equally as many sound / music assets listed as there are regular editing assets - so when it’s 50/50 I wouldn’t necessarily call it „more of a sound thing“😂
