Nobody likes to loose - but you can clearly tell if they are a Narc losing vs a normal person losing - just by how they react to the lost . That my friend is a huge difference !

My soon to be ex narcissist husband Looks at me now with extreme hatred. He always did but it’s worse now , it’s almost like he’s trying to kill me with his little tiny Beady eyes. And the strangest thing is that it makes me laugh so much like I might even be the narcissist cause it makes me want to put my shoulders back and fling my hair and just look, like a total arrogant asshole myself ha ha ha ha! And it brings me so much joy. Sorry about this, but nothing has made me more happy in the last two years than seeing him look so upset.lol. When he left, I went immediately to the gym and started to really take it seriously to get back into shape and I had a little bit of surgery and it really made a difference. I put my hair back to the color it used to be which suits me much better. And I started to buy clothes that were just more sexy but not trashy but classy. And carry myself the way I used to when I first met him. I’m 55 now and people barely recognize me. But it’s more to do with, taking my power back on the inside than it is on anything I did on the outside. He’s so pissed off! Thank you Jesus you give me the power to piss off a narcissist. Ha ha! Sorry Jesus. But I think that you might have done that lol because I know you have a sense of humor too.

Lol 😂 Just turned 55 myself on Valentine's Day, going through a divorce after 30 yrs with a covert narcissist. Yes, I agree. I've been deathly ill for a decade. Regaining my health and losing my marriage but I'm ok with it. Thanks for your response. It was funny. Keep going! 😊❤

Living with a narcissist is disorienting because they distort reality to fit their agenda. I'm in a constant state of disarray, never knowing which version of my husband is going to walk in the door at the end of the day. I never feel safe to simply be me. One of the reasons why I am so confused right now is because I thought I had married the perfect man. He was everything I’d ever wanted in a man and in the beginning presented himself as my biggest fan and supporter. He was charming, loving, passionate, and attentive to my every need, both emotional and physical. Until he wasn’t. Until a side of him popped up every so often that threw me off balance, he started to cheat, he was so protective of his phone, yesterday I got in contact with a hacker here who helped cloned his phone and that gave me access to his text messages and social media without touching his phone, I wanted to be sure if my suspicion was right or wrong, I still can't believe what I saw today, he's cheating with several women, I've made up my mind not to be with him anymore cause this is the height of it all, I'm sure so many women are in a similar situation andk you deserve to know if you're being cheated on, here's the private investigator information, you can get in touch with him @bugtools

One thing that helped me was realizing that I was never going to get anything else from my mother so I needed to stop expecting it. My mother passed in 2020. Now, it's my daughter (my mother taught her very well!) and I have grandchildren through her.

This is what i am going through right now. Im recovering from a round of narcissistic abuse from a few days ago. Yesterday i could barely function due to the post trauma brain fog. You mentioned it in a previous video. I hope you are aware of how much you help people. I shared your video on the brain fog on Facebook, and i feel so validated. Thank you

Since I live in the building where narcs & their flying monkey live, I had to employ using grey rock, avoidance, better boundaries, and cutting them off on all forms of communication. I've been watching videos on how to detect them, all the nuances of narcissism to protect myself from their snares. Knowing now what I'm dealing with makes me vigilant.

Yep. The bottom line is healing yourself. We need to believe we are worthy of healthy relationships - at a core level. This is the strongest narc repellent there is.

I agree with everything you say, Anoushka Marcin. There are times when you can't go no contact, especially when you are in the same social circle. What you said in this video absolutely works when you can't go no contact. Don't play the narcissists game, that's a win in my book and an improvement on my quality of life. 🙂👍

I had to cut ties with my parents due to the behaviour. Then they sent me an email telling me that if I didn’t communicate with them they would cut me out of their will. I responded that it was their will and their choice not mine

Thank you for this episode. This was super helpful as I found out that I was going about this all wrong. And yes...He at times agitates me with his gaslighting and lies after lies. I will put this into practice for sure.

Really great advice about the messages - I have set days I will reply (unless urgent) and I take my time, reading and cutting it back. When he doesn't get his way, he retaliates though, usually threatening to have the kids more, or withholding something 🙄😒

I really have to laugh at you people here...they label everyone as a narcissist who may question a persons motives or actions....sure there are narcissistic people but lord, the speakers here paint with a huge brush....how about you get over mommy and daddy..who raised you..feed you..schooled you and pushed you out of the nest..and still you failed to fly.....you failed..not mommy or daddy...you....look in a mirror and take a good long look.....take a deep breath and fix yourself....
