I have a mod suggestion because I have no idea how to code but I think it’d be neat. I think you should try making a mod that has special explosives that don’t do damage to blocks/builds but have an adjustable pushback/impulse (so that you can increase how far/fast it pushes things) effect on creations and players. Basically so that you could use explosives to launch things without it destroying creations. As a bonus it can still be treated the same way explosives normally work by exploding on impact, hammers and spudguns. Maybe make the sensitivity adjustable for how easy it is to explode on impact. Idk but I think it’d be cool

Mod suggestion: How about a mod that adds the ability to upgrade tools, such as increasing the damage or attack speed of the hammer. Maybe some advanced upgrades for the hammer could enable the ability to cut down big trees or mine rocks, and also change the appearance if possible.

Currently playing Survival Additions right now. Unfortunate for the workshop page to say that development has stopped. For one, the Crashed Ship logbox can't be opened, so I'm using a death bag to mark the Mechanic Station (too lazy to craft a beacon). Also, there is no scuba tank, so I can't explore the deep underwater pits without intentionally drowning.

Any timeline for the second chapter of Raft mod? Really enjoying it, even more then the vanilla gameplay! My raft has turned into a more of a house boat/floating workshop/ cargo ship/ mining vessel! I have one wish: the propeller’s sound is very loud and clanky if you but them in the correct alignment (facing backwards). So you have to face them forward so the only rattle when you reverse. Would be nice if you could remove that infernal rattle, it drives me crazy. Btw, is there a max speed for the propellers? In RL they start to cavities when they spin to fast, i.e. the friction in the water makes it to boil creating steam bubbles that implodes and the propellers stops pushing water.

@@kobitz9001 That only works as long as no mod changes anything that another mod changes too. Doesn't have to be Fants mod, your savegame could break with any combination of mods overwriting the same gamefiles. Thats why there were Modpacks, basically someone changed stuff in a way that it doesn't try to kill your game

@@Luziferne cool. I just mess with the mod order (notice how they are numbered when you pick mods in custom game modes) until they all work together. On top of that, my suggestion is to use Fant mod, which has tons of blocks and parts, with the custom game mode that changes the map. A mode that notably, does not change any blocks or parts. They should not conflict in any way so your argument is moot anyways.
