My problem with Daybreak is its inconsistent voice acting. It kinda kills the immersion when one character has a voice, then the other not in the same cutscene which is part of the main story.

Brooo, the Adventure Quest callback at 6:06 came out of nowhere like a sack of bricks. That game had no business being as fun as it was, and now I won't be able to not think of it when I play Unicorn Overlord 🤣

I will also put Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengance there. While the story can be all over the place, that gameplay and art direction really outdid themselves.

Had this game in my Wishlist for months and never goes on sale and really wanna get it but spending $80 Australia dollars for a digital game is a bit much for me

I do have half of the list lol. Metaphor is the one that i havent finished. I mean i am okay with the game so far. For now i will rank it at 5th after infinite wealth, p3r, FF7R as 3 way tie or may be p3r at the 3rd rank due to aigis dlc problem but for the base game its a 3 way tie and trails through daybreak as the 4th since i already played jp version few years ago. I prefer persona 3 over metaphor by alot. But i will see it after i finish my p4g and may be thru NG+ for true ending then metaphor.

The only problem with Dragon Q 3 is the poor plot. I understand that it is a reference to the roots and the past where grinding and other aspects mattered, but this element could be expanded. Nevertheless, the game is worth buying :)

Paper Mario, Dragon’s Dogma 2, Romancing Saga 2, Eyuden Chronicles... there's a lot of better games than Trails through Boredrom and the the quest for macguffins that leads nowhere with horrible villains, boring protagonists and an extremely poorly made combat system. This single game discredited the entire list. Falcomslop belongs in the tr4sh
