Shalom. Yes the way the the Torah is read is with a certain trop that has been carried over with our Oral Tradition. Some lengthen more and some lengthen less depending on the custom but all lengthen where it is needed as per our tradition. The Trop has many hidden messages and meanings, but on a basic level it tells us what is stressed in the Torah Reading as well as where a sentence, paragraph and Parsha starts and ends, because there is no punctuation in the actual Torah and no Chapters or numbering.

Jesus is the Word of God(Firstborn Son - Son Of God) in the flesh. Salvation is received by believing the Word of God. He who believes God's Word believes God and believes in God.

No, he was not.... his ways were not Hebraic/Jewish, his teachings were not Jewish/Hebraic, his texts were written in Greek and has thousands of versions- revisions and addition, his Greek New Testament has a lot of inconsistencies, mistranslation and misinterpretation of the borrowed verses from the Hebrew Bible... he was just a diversion of the Greek/Roman authority threatened by the Yehudim/'SRaAeL religion.... or a diversion by the Great Guardian Messengers from knowing the Truth/TORaH of the Only One of a Kind- not mixed human- True Great ALMighty....
