I've built a lot of tables with reclaimed lumber. One suggestion- use figure 8 fasteners to fasten the table top to the base. I had a table I built for a handicapped person and that top cracked right down the middle.

Very nice. One the one suggestion I would make on attaching the tops to your tables is to elongate the holes you make to allow for seasonal expansion.
