Mt. Everest lies between the people's Republic of China and the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. It can be climbed from both sides. Tibetan side (Northern part) Nepalese sides (East-West-South). Nepal has been taken into account for the first Successful ascent to the peak by Tenzing Norgay Sherpa & Sir Edmund Hillary. George Mallory and Sandy Irvine also tried their best in the year 1924 but it is still a mysterious climb. No proof is available till the day. They ascended from the Tibetan side through Rangbuk Glacier, North Col. Hats off to all these courageous mountaineers. ❤
