My favorite is “Ghost of Tsushima” on the PS5. I love the world of Tsushima Island looks from the Autumn Wood, Beach shores, The Swamp and the snowy mountains. Then of course Iki Island looks incredible as well.

For me it has to be The Last of Us Part 1, Resident Evil 4 Remake, God Of War Ragnarok, & Spider-Man Miles Morales. These games that I have played on PS5, the graphics looked really good, but for me personally I’ll say TLOU Part 1 & RE4 Remake both takes the cake! The graphics in those games blew me away. Excited for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2!!

I have been gaming for the past 20 years and for me the two best games ever created are The Witcher 3 and RDR2. However, with that being said, Horizon Forbidden West is hands down the most beautiful game in terms of graphics and visuals that I have experienced. They nailed everything - grass, sand, water, land, snow, rocks.. simply outstanding work by Guerilla. 🔥

Honourable mention: callisto protocol, the game despite its flaws and bad launch, is still a visually appealing game. It runs perfectly on ps5. I had a lot of fun and the graphics, the visuals , the details were topnotch and impressed me more than the games in this video. i played most of the games in this video, but i still think callisto deserves a spot in the top.

I'm not against the remaster of The Last Of Us, I'm against the £70 price tag that came with it. Anyway, what amazes me is looking back at PS1 games and then seeing PS5 in comparison, it's just so amazing, going from Crash Warped on PS1 to Resident Evil 4, Sonic Frontiers, Spider-Man Miles Morales and God Of War Ragnarok is just incredible.

Agreed. When I started the video I thought they better have demon souls in there. I remember when I got the ps5 at launch and got demon souls. I was just blown away. Like you said the lighting, the details of the Rocky Mountains or castle walls was just breathtaking. I still think it’s the best showcase for the ps5 today.

For those who dont know the RE Engine exists for almost 10 years (if I remember correctly) and its still crazy to me how Capcom can keep up with those satisfying graphics, animations and so on If you want me to describe how good the RE Engine is (like from my POV) then its the equilavent of Capcom's Source engine, as in the RE Engine is good like the Source(2) engine but in its own way if you know what I'm saying Also fun fact: I always thought the RE stands for Resident Evil but instead RE stands for REach for the moon which also makes sense since the logo is a hand reaching for the moon!

Forbidden west will always be top tier, I have to see anything like it. The visuals and performance playing well over 60 fps is crazy. The story is a hit or miss but the gameplay is fun, still haven’t tried burning shores.

A proper remake at the lowest level requires some level of redoing something other than a graphics overhaul. Last of Us Part 1 is a Reremastered and while Demon Souls does more or less the same thing, it's hard to argue the differences between that game and the original and Last of Us Remastered and Part 1. If you think the two are the same then there's no point in me trying to explain to you.

I just beat God of War Ragnarok yesterday. I liked it a lot and now im going to play the rest of horizon forbidden west which i had started on my ps4 with the demo then later on buying the digital deluxe edition - i wished the dlc came with it. Im playing on the ps5 now and the ps4 next gen versions look amazing and run very well. I got the god of war Ragnarok ps5 console yet hadnt finished the 2018 so i finished both up back to back and God of War 2018 should get an honorable mention as I liked the war boat encounter and didnt really get that experience in the sequel.

I love Ghost of Tsushima it's easily one of my favorite games. That being said graphically it put everything into the world and not the character models. Unimportant NPCs all look the same and everyone in the game has the exact same walking animation. The video is on graphics so it makes sense. Personally I think Ghost of Tsushima made a great call putting all the effort into a few main characters and the environment itself and regardless of it's graphics, it's just one hell of a great game all around

I originally had God of War: Ragnarok as the most visually amazing game on the PS5, if not on just in general. But after replaying Demon's Souls, I think my view has changed. While God of War might have better textures, Demon's Souls still has plenty of detail, plus the lighting, the art style, the overall designs of the levels and enemies, create what I consider the most visually amazing game not only on the system currently, but in my opinion on any platform.

I picked up Miles Morales on PS5 when it was on sale. I really should play it. Horizon Forbidden West AKA Horizon Forgotten West. This game seems to be overlooked even though it's a decent game. Rift Apart was the reason why I got a PS5 and was one of the first games I played on it aside from the Tech Demo included. I could have played this on the release date if it wasn't for the apocalypse of 2020. If it was a normal year the hype for the PS5 probably would have died down enough for me to simply pick one up by the time the game released. However I lost a lot of sleep trying to get a PS5 and wasn't able to get one until after the game already came out. I call the new God of War, Dad of War. I really like how good Rift Apart looked. I like having a discussion with my co-workers about the PS5 games. Somebody mentioned that they want the game to look realistic and I said "RIFT APART DOES LOOK REALISTIC!". I think they meant in a less cartoony way and not something that looks like it came from Pixar. Probably something like Returnal.

Obviously nobody played DEMONS SOULS because the details in that game miles ahead of everything else, especially the sound design and maybe the best dragon I’ve seen.

@@PhaRoaH87 Demon's souls remake is very visually impressive but only downside is Bluepoint's intrusive change in art direction and character design, they should make there own game for once before trying to correct others. Saber Interactive did the same thing with Halo 1 Anniversary.

Most titles are cross platform so those who are in PS4 and PS5 aren't graphically impressive because they're holding up by a 10 year console thus making the PS5 version having very little advantage.

I don’t really consider the last of us part 1 a true next generation game as all the assets are from the last of us 2 that came out for the ps4. theoretically the last of us part 1 would be possible on ps4.

Mediocre game and it's engine. It's not impressive having tremendous amount of optimization issues. Last month the director along with other left the studio cause of the poor sales. They did their part which is make a game, get paid and if it's not commercially success you bail out. They've got their income. They do not care. Good riddance i say.

Honestly there hasn’t been a single game this gen that if you told me was playing on a ps4, I wouldn’t believe you. I really hope unreal 5 is a game changer because the upgrade of graphics so far between gens has been very underwhelming imo

You need to go back to early Ps4 games vs the end of the ps4 games… and understand that early PS5 games aren’t gonna hold a candle to what games are gonna look like right before the PS6 launches.

Yeah I’m sure they will. Some of the tech demos of unreal 5 also looks amazing so I think we’ll see some beauties in the near future, but usually you can see a bigger difference between console gen’s even at launch. So far it’s been a bit disappointing imo
