As someone who works with brands, the big brands don’t do deposits. They are usually Net 60 meaning you won’t receive payment until 60 days after. They also don’t require any bank account info until after the video is live. Sorry this happened to you. I always do my research too.

Yeah every single thing from "pre-paid card" forward SCREAMED scam. Nothing whatsoever "seemed legit."

Wow 😮 my question is how were they going to scam ? Especially if they sent her the check. Maybe they would get her info from the cash check ? I’m just thinking what the end goal to scam people.

@@krystalnicholl that’s what I think and they would probably ask you to use the money from the cheque and load onto the credit card. Then once you did that, they would block you out!
