Taco bell = fire sauce for me and it's delicious and the only one I want from there haha. The only frustration is not enough in one packet! I don't eat there very often, but they do not carry Double Decker Supreme anymore, which was a favourite of mine so that sucks. Alot of people say drain the fat, but you lose alot of the flavor! If you make a well in your pan while you are browning the meat, add a little cornstarch to the fat & stir it, it becomes a velvety sauce that coats the meat alot better!

This is a coincidence. I just made a giant grilled stufft burrito. I used 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 lb of jalapeno rice, 1 lb of refried beans, 1lb of shredded cheese, 1/2 lb of lettuce, and 14 oz of sour cream. Had to use 6 of the xlg burrito shells, and a grill. Totally worth it... Yours looks fantastic though!

Nice job with the blowtorch. Alternatively you could have heated a pan on the stove or oven and pressed it on top with a foil lining between. This would have melted the cheese, but also toasted the tortilla a little.

Okay can I give you a suggestion... When trying to Brown any kind of me especially be for sausage use a potato smasher you know the one with the metal thing that weaves in and out and use it to smashed potatoes... Using one of those to ground down your hamburger meet in your sausage is very easy and it crumbles it very nicely... Those flimsy plastic spatulas or wooden spoons just don't cut it sometimes
