i'm sorry to hurt you but mazda beat their asses with 3 cars between the first eight in 1991 and you can't do anything about it. also seach that mazda was limited to 690hp . unlimited it would run 880 and 11.000 rpm and that means bye bye your mercedes, peugeot and jaguar. thank god they banned rotary engines

I was fortunate to see the 905 at the 1993 Le Mans 24hrs. They looked epic, were super fast and they sounded sensational. Even though it didn't make the top 3, the Toyota TS010 was as equally stunning as the Peugeot.

Because the fastest racing car of all time was an LMP1 (and not a F1), the WR-Peugeot, in 1988...........422km/h at the 24h of Le Mans!! ! The 919 evo is considered the fastest LMP1 ever on the Francorchamp circuit. That said, the 919 evo is out of category since it is without FIA rules.
