As someone else has said, Patriot is there. And yes you did say that others were better. But Patriot is literally the safest to play against her. And probably does so better than some champs listed here. Not saying he the best but he’s most definitely a counter

I have a question, if you play kate and use her sp1, after you press the sp button and let go of it. You can tap block on perfect timing for perfect release, is it still count as perfect release?

@@Trapmcoc420 Patriot is purely meant to counter photon, vox is a miss counter and can do some pretty good dmg to photon, hulk can literally stun lock her, sinister can block unblockable specials (which photon does do unblockable specials), gladiator is also a miss counter and with his rotation, he can be perfect for photon, I'm not saying that your list is bad (it is good), it's just that you forgot some very good counters...

Sinister gains so many debuffs it will be easier than ever for photon to enter her pure light form. Hulk stun lock will mostly fail due to photon miss, and reducing stun durations as well​@@VoxGlazer
