The only one I disagree on is the referee one. Because bad calls can be the difference in any game. For example if it's the bottom of the 9th bases loaded and the game is tied. The count is 3-2 and the umpire calls a obvious ball a strike and my team doesn't score well there goes the win for my team. You see refs making bad calls actually has a huge impact on the game

Bad calls by refs can change the momentum of the game tremendously, so it's ridiculous to say that it isn't a factor. I would never blame a loss solely on the refs because that's also ridiculous, but they are a huge part of the game and can definitely affect the end score.

The Vick and Winston ones are kinda possible. In Vick's case, they didn't find any weed so it could've been the smell of the jewelry odor. Also, it's possible that a certain......feature of his could've had the "officials" (if that's what we're calling the TSA nowadays) to assume the smell was of an illegal nature. And for Winston, as a guy who worked at grocery stores, Wal-Mart, and clothing departments, this actually is a common occurrence. People would pay for their food and anything they think doesn't need to be in a bag, they just throw it back in the cart. I've seen it happen with water and vegetables. Now if he was at the counter paying for everything, shouldn't the cashier have noticed the bag of crab legs and tell him, "Oh, I forgot to scan the crab legs."
