When I was a kid, I would always read in the Guinness Book of World Records about this INCREDIBLE BASKETBALL SCORE in a 1970's boys' tournament in Sweden: a kid named Matts Wermelin scored a whopping 272 points in a 272-0 rout of the opposing team. YES, he scored ALL THE COMBINED POINTS TOTAL OF BOTH TEAMS IN THE GAME, and the other team not only failed to score but lost by 272 points, all scored by only one opposing player. Eventually, that record was no longer put in the book in future editions. But still, I assume it really happened. And if so, I think the other team's total futility in both offense and defense MUST ABSOLUTELY BE THE WORSE UNBREAKABLE SPORTS RECORD OF ALL TIME while also being the MOST AMAZING INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE EVER IN A TEAM SPORT. The 0-16 record of the Detroit Lions in 2008 can never be broken, unless they extend the NFL regular season to more than 16 games. ELGIN BAYLOR had an 0-8 record in the NBA Finals between the 1958-59 to 1969-70 seasons. Has any other great athlete in any sport failed to win a championship in his career while appearing in as many as 8 finals? Also, those 8 Finals losses in 12 years for the LA Lakers must be some type of record of sustained championship losses over a short period which hopefully won't ever be matched. Closest I can think of was the Brooklyn Dodgers' 5 World Series losses (all to the Yankees) in 13 seasons between 1941 to 1953, before finally breaking through in 1955. But 5 final series losses is not close to 8 finals losses. Now it would be tough to indicate who is the worst player ever in any franchise in all of sports history, since such bad players wouldn't last long and would be released or set back down to the minors. I could nominate shortstop MARIO MENDOZA of the infamous "Mendoza Line" (.200 batting average), but he was supposedly a solid defensive shortstop, a key defensive position. And of course, of all professional players who have ever stepped onto a field, court, rink or diamond, no one player has ever been "honored" and recognized for his ineptitude quite like the one and only BRIAN SCALABRINE, who is often called the "goat" or "The White Mamba" as a popular joke among fans. But then, Scalabrine was around 6'10" which is always an asset on the basketball court, and he did appear in 2 NBA Finals with the Nets and even won a title with the Celtics in 2008. So I am not sure he should be so named as the worst ever athlete. A better question might be, what were the worst or most embarrassing gaffes ever committed by a player on the playing field? Kind of like the opposite of your video on the defining career moments by 15 athletes. Hope you can do it? Might entail a whole lot of research of course. Thanks!

In #3 the reason Cumberland lost so bad was because they didn't have a team. Or at least a real team. Georgia tech offered them quite a bit of money to play them in the first game of the season because Georgia tech wanted to start their season on a high note. Cumberland saw that they wanted some money so they went around and recruited people from town to play in the match. The running back was a pizza boy.
