Imagine how strong Gork and Mork would be empowered by armies of Prime Orks, Krorks, and Krork warbosses. Now that's a reckoning machine that can KO the Tyranid Hivemind and War In Heaven deities like Rocky Balboa. Don't forget about Yssarile the Daemon King who fought a full empowered Tzeentch with his Warp Staff to a stalemate for what was called a billion warp years before Tzeentch was able to somehow break the stalemate and vanquish Yssarile. However Yssarile's remnants of power is said to be great enough for whoever absorbs it to conquer the entire galaxy and end the game. There is also the potential of the Dark King's formation destorying the 40k Milky Way galaxy and causing the Warp to boil for millions of years. Perhaps the first Omega Plus Psykic entity in the chronology of the Warhammer 40k timeline.

Fun fact. There are some worlds that have proven completely immune to chaos influence. The daemons cannot go there and even the chaos gods cannot influence them. These worlds are surprisingly peaceful with kind people abundant there. People visiting said worlds have noticed a strange peace on these worlds. They are not paradise worlds by any means. There is just something about them that seems... more. It is believed by some that these worlds are home to the few remaining Christians that the Emperor was not able to wipe out. And a force far beyond chaos protects them.
