To make the devil's advocate both Sugar and Smoothie's fruits have great potential for benefic usages... The ability to remove trauma (both directly with the fruit or seeking the memories of the target to understand why something trigger extreme reactions) and such if the victim cannot handle them is huge. Uta is a great character and I hope that since she was made canon that she still is alive after Film:red, she is also the only Red Hair pirate (since they always called her part of the crew) to have a devil fruit power. I'm curious about Dama's gemu gemu no mi, it has to be a game installed on a tablet... so does the ability of the tablet to play the game properly matter? You MIGHT be able to somewhat install a lot of games on a tablet, but there are lots that wouldn't be able to be played in any reasonable way.
