Check out this old school hearse. This meters at 168 db. I slowed the footage down and it appears to be a 6th order. This is cool and mean! I hope you enjoy!

That hearse is one of the only builds I've ever tapped in, it's absurd

@caraudiolab Thank you for providing great content. I have a question, what do you think of playing lower frequencies at low power to cool of the subs after giving demos for an extended period of time? Playing low frequencies will cause the coil to move outside of the gap. From what I understand (or I could be wrong, which is why I'm asking) the coil receives it's cooling while in the gap. Is this a myth or misinformation or an accurate pro tip?

I know people that do this and it works. They put just enough power through subs at a low frequency to get them moving but not moving out of the gap. It cools subs pretty quick.

Def 8 subs. And in sure they are also ruthless audio just like the amps are.

What good is it if you can't drive it? It's got a nice stereo system though.

Typically, these type of guys just go to a different show a couple times a month and just give demos. Sometimes, they own a car audio company and just want to show off the products. Otherwise, I agree. I would never put money into something I couldn't drive. It doesn't mean I don't enjoy the demos from these vehicles!

A coworker friend of mine had a 70's Monte Carlo that won many awards for his sound system too. He sacrificed his air condition to install two alternators to power the amps !!! But at least it still got him to work!@@caraudiolab
