On a bike, no problem, but the last time I ran anywhere was in about November 1985 when some PTI-type decided the whole of Army HQ needed to do a 2.4. I had to walk the last 500. I was very fit in basics just 18 months previously and before that at university, but Army HQ life made me into a sleg troep. Anyway, I'll wave the flag here in NZ.

Great at 62 - I can still do it under 11min but my target for end of October 2024 will be sub 10-min.
