Great video. I am in agreement. Qualified dividends with the majority in ETFs is the best way to go for most everyone. REITs are best for Roth IRAs. My REIT-heavy Roth is going to pay out loads of tax free income when I am in my 60s.

Hello Danny. I have my Roth IRA in Fidelity, and I'm looking to diversify my portfolio and would like to purchase "Real Estate, Oil and Gold." Do you have any recommendations on which one would be best? I'm looking for the longhall that also pays good dividends. I have my eye on "Kinross Gold" but unsure if I should purchase it. I start my dividends investing in my trading account, I was wondering if should continue doing so or is possible to have it changed over into a ROTH IRA? Please share your taughts if, you’re don’t mind. “I am fully aware not financial advice”.

The Roth strategy is for highest growth investments and for your retirement. There is also a limit you can contribute. If you can do both accounts for retirement and now, that would be great! It’s also a personal choice based on your financial position.
