Today's video is about the 2 hour long run principle and how i'm incorporating it in my training. For me these 2 hour long runs have 3 benefits:
1. More time on feet to get body adapted to running 2+ hours.
2. Practice Marathon pace on tired legs.
3. Trial and error with nutrition & fueling timing.
Enjoy!

Great with some long run info, 100% my favorite type of run. Excited to see how you recover, and fuel for/around the workouts!

Absolutely hauling ass dude, good shit. QQ, do you care at all about HR during these sessions, or any for that matter? I used it training for an Ironman, but as I go forward I kinda want to ditch it and focus more on paces.

Do you focus on breathing the whole time? And how winded are you throughout? Awesome video. Thanks

How you liking the Go Gels? Great taste. Maybe a touch to sweet for me, but perfect size. No GI stress.

So do you do all your long runs fast? I always hear that you should do long runs slow

Shoe questions already up. I can never tell what they are. They move too fast and are too small in the video. I believe he is Nike-loyal, so all races will be in them, right? But is the Swoosh always there for easy running? What was the 1st shoe? What was the 2nd shoe?

Why not wear the vaporflys the whole run so you don't have to stop?
