He started mentioning the problem with testosterone and then you cut him off with another question. It's irritating that he starts to answer something and then you ask another question before he finishes. Let him finish.

I’ll be 70 in November. Since 2016 I’ve been on a health journey and yes aesthetics is following just like you say Sal. My purpose for lifting weights in my home gym is so I can do hard things I like doing that are now not as hard to do and bring more joy in accomplishing them.

I was enjoying this chat so much then you said most people are chasing longevity out of vanity. NOT SO DUDE! I think more people work out because they want to improve appearance. I do longevity protocol and work out so in my later years I can get up off the floor I won’t take bad falls. I want to be happy healthy in old age. At 67 I am doing all I can for a healthy life.

Wow, she comes across as really judgmental. I have 30 pounds to lose and I AM doing things right. I don’t eat garbage and haven’t for years, and I have always been active not sedentary. I hate sitting. My body doesn’t want to drop the fat. I haven’t given up but damn… you need to realize there are many women like me out there

I so agree with what he said. I lost a lot of fats in 2021 using IF low carb and weights. The energy is just over the roof, I was like a machine. The brain function is amazing, amazing is understatement so I really wanted to go back to that stage. Beyond the physical effect, I really love the euphoria feeling.

What if you can’t sleep? No matter how hard I workout and strength train I only sleep maximum 6hrs. Most nights I get 4hrs. My doctor just gave me pills that makes it worst, so I’m surviving off 4-5hrs 99% of the time. Maybe that’s why I’m struggling with building muscles and losing weight faster
@daviddreadfull Жыл бұрын
In the same situation. I feel hopeless every time I hear how getting sleep is important toward building muscle and losing fat. Sucks

The Professor of Neurology at UCLA, Dr. Huberman, gave me the 'skeleton' list I began with of sleep supplement suggestions, but for me it was not quite exact. Chamomile caps, Vit D3 +K2 & 4 caps of Mag. THREONATE (alone with no other Magnesiums) at bedtime have given me far better hours of uninterrupted sleep. I had to limit my pills to just these items to get the desired results. SO HAPPY after years of searching, trial & error.
@rebeccapettiford538910 ай бұрын
I have same issue. I sleep in a cool, dark too, take magnesium tablet and spray, turn off electronics about an hour before bedtime, drink chamomile tea, etc. I do sleep somewhat better but it’s usually 5-6 hours. And sometimes that is disrupted. However, I tend to feel ok. It’s when I get less than 5 hours that I feel awful.

@martinreport Жыл бұрын
Kind of. He's on Testosterone Replacement Therapy or TRT. However, he reveals that the TRT peaks him at around 1,200 or 1,300, I think, but he falls back down to around 500 or 600. Typically, when I think of someone on roids, they are injecting much more testosterone to get much higher blood levels of testosterone. He seems to be aiming more for a healthy, normal amount of testosterone.
