I just boomarked this video. So helpful. The only problem with the moveobjects cheat is that if you want doors or windows to snap onto a diagonal wall you have to have it off.

I don't do cheats often. I increase finances to about $40,000 for family to start with. I also add $2,000 every week IF they have something picture worthy (marriage birthday, burglary etc.) and force twins and aging off I rarely use anything else.

Thank you very much , I learnt a few things (pressing M when placing objects on shelves will definitely help me!!) :) Do you know if any of those cheats can cause corruption? Because apparently, the tombstone of life and death can cause it :( (if you "don't know what you're doing" with it)

the cheats themselves don’t cause corruption, nor does the tombstone, so don’t worry about entering cheats or spawning the tombstone. i just checked and the only action on the tombstone that can be dangerous is if you add a universal NPC (like the grim reaper, genie or the therapist) to the family with it. all of the other options on it are perfectly safe. just make sure if you use that action only add a sim you know is a normal townie or another playable sim and not an npc! generally i think the rule is everything is safe that doesn’t involve 1) deleting sims or 2) messing with universal NPCs.

Do you know a cheat where you can fully customize your pre existing sims?

there is no one place to do that in the sims 2. you can do a lot of the customising with boolprop testingcheatsenabled true (like change their age, aspiration, first name, giving them children etc), and you can download mods for all the rest (full name, facial features, buying clothes for free, changing lifetime wants, hobbies etc) (i recommend Gussy Up and Sim Manipulator for these), there is also this program called SimPE that lets you change more of their genetics (skin tone, eye colour) and modify their family relations (amongst many other things). if it was as easy as just using one cheat, i would have mentioned it in the video :D hope that helps!

Bodyshop is not available on the sims 2 ultimate collection recently. Is there a way to have the bodyshop back? Because I used to play the sims 2 back in 2016 and there was a bodyshop (to create sims, change base game outfits, hair, skins, etc) but now it's no where to be found, any solution anyone, please?😯🙏

@@Pixuou thanks 🙂 I think the route you are trying to remember is the one it used to be on the origin games folder, the sims 2 ultimate collection, Fun for pets, PS9, CSbin, or something like that. Yeah, it used to be there but now there is no origin games folder, and in the sims 2 ultimate collection folder there is no fun for pets folder where the bodyshop used to be. If you are talking about a different route, please, let me know, in case you remember 🙂🙏

@@vickylau3631 i think you might have been looking in the wrong sims 2 ultimate collection folder. you need the one that's on your C: drive, not in your Documents. so you need: local dick (c:) - program files - origin games - the sims 2 ultimate collection - fun with pets - sp9 - csbin. :) or just type ts2bodyshop into your windows search bar

sims 3 is not created for 64 bit windows, but it does run on it. just not as smoothly as it could if it was. there are ways to optimise it but it doesn't run completely lag free even on high end gaming computers, as far as i know. i am by no means a sims 3 expert though, but i have it on my computer (64 bit windows 10) and it runs okay.
