Fans of Marvel Studios all know that this company has really mastered playing with our heartstrings. The most hype for me is definitely Thor's arrival (and really all his scenes) in Wakanda. It felt so earned, afterhis herculean trials in Nidavellir. He just jumps in with an awesome display of power that was leading to what seemed like his greatest victory that consequently turned out to be his grandest failure. Just an incredible moment.

That was one scene in endgame that sort of let me down. They sent Nat and Hawkeye to Vormir for the soul stone. I was expecting Cap and Tony to end up there. Cap would face Red skull again, which could have side tracked the mission for a minute, Tony may have needed to hold Cap back as he wanted to go after Red skull. But ultimately Tony would be the one to sacrifice himself (as he ultimately did) for the stone. I wanted Nebula to get her redemption by snapping Thanos to dust.

BEWARE SPOILERS I think the time travel works like this: (I’ll use nebula as an example) so let’s say that we have our present day friend nebula. She’s already lived out her past, so there’s no changing it anymore. There’s only the future ahead of her. Now imagine this: there are an infinite number of alternative realities. In each reality, everything occurs the exact same, but at different times. So when present day nebula goes back in time, she isn’t going back to HER time, but she’s going to another version of it. For another example, let’s see captain America. (SPOILER) Steve goes back in time to an alternate reality where his alternate self is still frozen in ice. Since Peggy carter died in HIS reality, there’s no going back for her since she’s dead. BUT in an alternate reality, another version of agent carter IS still alive, young, and well. That’s how Steve can go live his life with her. The new timelines don’t affect the present day. They affect how the alternate timelines will go Get it or do I suck at explaining 😂
