Thanks for your interest in this video. I really liked this 2000 Oregon State Beavers team. I miss my #35 Black Ken Simonton jersey. My favorite college program in the Pac-10 (Pac-12) was Oregon State and we'll see what will happen to the Beavers with the demise of the Pac-12. What are some of your favorite Pac-10 moments?

I remember that commercial. I think it was a fantasy football commercial or something like that if I'm not mistaken. Some guy drafted Housh and couldn't pronounce his name. Housh was my guy at OSU. I wanted his #18 jersey but could only get the Ken Simonton #35 jersey. But TJ was awesome. Glad you like the video.

Miami got so hosed that year. I will say people always forget the 1998 arizona team. 97 and 98 UCLA were fun to watch. I love this 2000 OSU team.

What's going on charismatic9904? Hope you are doing well. To begin, the one-loss teams was such a conundrum in 2000, with Miami defeating FSU, but Washington defeating Miami. I remember the outcry about Miami being hosed like you said as FSU played for the title. But Washington seemed to be forgotten. Yes, I liked that 1998 Arizona team. I did a video about Wildcats football in the '90s and was baffled when they got blown out to Penn State to open the season in 1999 after returning so much of their team. UCLA throwing bombs to their tall receivers and so much roll-out action was fun to watch back then. I agree. You're the best. Thank you so much.

Both T.J Houshmanzadah and Chad Johnson had played foodball in the Wide Receiver position together in Oregon State University representing the National Collegiate Athletic Association(NCAA) and for the Cincinnati Bengals Football Team in the National Football League(NFL). But why were the Oregon State University Beavers unranked out of the NCAA College Football Rankings away from the Pac 10 or from Pac 12 Conference? I didn't even know that Oregon State competed in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl back in the year of 2001!

be interesting if you have a four team Playoff in 2000..The top five teams were Oregon State, UMiami, Florida State, Oklahoma, and Washington..One team would be left out..Washington beat UMiami in regular season..Washington won Rose Bowl..Oregon State won Fiesta Bowl..UMiami beat Florida State in the regular season..Florida State beat SEC Champ Florida in the regular season..UMiami beat SEC Champ Florida in the Sugar Bowl..Oklahoma beat Florida State in the BCS Championship..

I think many would agree with you. 2000 was such an interesting year in college football. I'm not sure who was the favorite between Oklahoma and FSU, but I think FSU was the favorite but maybe I'm wrong. But Bob Stoops had an amazing game plan defensively as they shut down that FSU offense. I wonder who would be the favorite if it were Oklahoma and Oregon State. Thank you so much for the comment.
