This channel has me questioning diving, spelunking, and hiking

I just saw a video of William Stampfl's recent body discovery/recovery on Huascaran and her daughter's interview the other day and now MM made a video about it😮

Funny story I went back to this guys mountaineering videos from two years ago, and I was surprised by his voice because back then he seemed to speak, louder and faster, so it was hard for me to listen to lol because I have become so accustomed to his more recent slower quieter and a little more somber voice, anyone else notice that? They are all great videos. Don’t get me wrong. I am a subscriber. 👍🏻

Experience only goes so far in mountain climbing. All it takes is one unlucky event to end it all. It's gambling with one's life.

Well, Life itself is a gamble every day, so there is that.

Another great and well-detailed video MM, thank you. So I guess Earth's gravity varies depending on where you are on the planet? Pretty wild! This demonstrates than you can do everything right; train, bring the right equipment, be disciplined in your approach, and while climbing - and suffer bad fortune when a Serac let's go, or there's a rockfall, or other things that are completely out of your control. It bothers me when climbers are killed by accidents.

Why confuse everyone with the Gravitational Averages. Instead of blowing minds you created another conspiracy theory. Now imagine if you explained how magnetic force lines of the earth were not "uniform " and that at some points they point into the ground at steep angles, rather than point parallel to the surface.

I like the accuracy to make folks understand how a very large mountain has its own physical properties, especially near the equator that may not be obvious. Not a conspiracy..
@SomeTypicalTourist6 ай бұрын
Conspiracy is false information. Explaining how something works is not conspiracy. Not all humans are smart enough to know how mountains work near the equator
