Great video. I went looking for one this weekend and at a dealer in Atlanta they have a market adjustment next to MsRP of 10,000. They must be selling quick because not many of them available for sale in Atlanta area. The interior of these is so plush. Old money. Honestly this is what Mercedes used to be. Absolute luxury.

great video. My only negative is at the end of the video you compare the denali to the escalade and the navigator saying the price is almost identical. While this might be true, the only way to get a navigator or escalade for the same price as the Yukon Denali is to get the lowest trim levels for both. If you want to get comparably equipped models of those two you need to spend over 100k and get the top models. The lower ones have no sun roof's and many other options missing.

I keep finding defects in my 2016 Yukon SLT with premium luxury package. The faulty tail light units were replaced at $400 each side and the torque converter on the transmission is making the car shake and the air conditioning system is loosing coolant slowly and the stalitrak system has developed an issue this past week and the steering assist is messing up too.

This was an excellent video. It would've been better had your tongue not got tied so much :-) Just kidding! I think the sliding console is a little gimmicky, because as a driver you have to give up your right arm rest (the passenger, their left arm rest) in order for your second seat passengers to enjoy their beverages. Better to simply have a longer front console if equipped with second row captain's chairs, or just create a second row console. I have a 2011 Yukon Denali XL with a dealer-installed second row console, which works well and doesn't get in the way of entering the third row seats or cargo loading. Hoping to upgrade to a 2021, however, when I can. Again, thanks for a great and informative video.

Great review as usual bro. Very thorough. Need your expert opinion on this vs. the 2020 Defender. I saw your review on that as well. I have two kids and their mom to haul and I do a lot of long trips. Since you have driven and reviewed both, which one do you think I should go for? Note that, the msrp are very same . I have test driven both. Both ride buttery smooth. Defender is definitely more refined and luxurious but comes with less options compared to the same priced Denali also feels less roomier. Can’t decide!!

You know what also had adaptive air ride suspension with a locking rear diff. My old 2004 VW Touareg. Catch up GM. Jkjk, this is actually pretty cool. Absolutley hideous and a bit overpriced but still cool. Personally I'd take that money and drop it on a pre owned land rover though.

Love everything about them except the seats. Test drove it 4 times. Once with the kids. The seats aren't comfortable at all and my kids couldn't work the rear seats to get in and out only reason we didn't get it other than that great car.

I think you are missing something in comparing Escalade to Yukon. The customers are different. Yukon customer is old money and doesn’t like to flash it out. Quiet and steady. Escalade is all flash and show. Different customer bases. GM knows exactly what they are doing. Go for Escalade if you want to show off. Go for Yukon if you want to go under cover.

That’s an interesting perspective, I agree to some degree, but anecdotally the drivers I have seen of the new Yukon Denali (especially with this large chrome/ glitzy grill) aren’t exactly trying to blend in.
