The Kia Telluride may not be the absolute best-selling 3-row family SUV in America, yet. But check out it’s annual sales growth in just the USA since going on sale 3 years ago: 2021 93,705 2020 75,129 2019 58,604 It also outsold the Palisade by about 9,000 units last year. The leather seating, seating adjustments, the seating heat and ventilation, and the AC controls for the front and rear passengers is just as premium as the much more expensive brands. The storage and cargo space, the wireless charging, the safety tech, etc... are all equal and in some cases much better than the 'so-called' premium brands. I really like 7 seaters SUV... I got Santa FE XL 2015, then i changed to a Santa FE 2019 7 seaters (smaller than Santa FE XL) , then i changed to CX9 2020... I tried Honda Pilot during an half week, i also tried Palisade... Finally i decided to get Telluride 2022 GT line trim 8 Seaters ( same trim than SX ) . This is the best 3 ROW SUV so far i've ever had!!!! Little bit shorter than CX9 but much more space room inside !!! Reason why i didnt chose Honda Pilot : exterior looking was'nt enough stylish, the panel control LCD is ... so slow, laggy... Reason why i didnt choose Palisade : Exterior looking is a little bit too soft, not enough masculine style... Interior is Great, but i really don't like the button for Driving! I prefer to keep Gear lever on the Telluride. Telluride won the award of the world car of the year 2020, and also Telluride has been Named Best 3-Row SUV for Families for Third Consecutive Year in US

I have the 2020 SX-P and the infotainment has a limit of 8,000 songs via USB. I don't think anywhere is mentioning this but it is a thing. It kind of makes a waste of my 256GB USB drive.

A little over a week ago I did see three preproduction 2023 Kia Telluride test vehicles sporting the new rear and front-end mid-cycle facelift fascias. Was in the high desert in Northern Los Angeles county (Palmdale, CA) when I spotted them. Mainly only noticed the updated headlight assemblies on the test vehicles, since everything else was covered in cladding and camouflage. The refreshed headlights are a nice improvement, aesthetically.

Anyone have a clue as to when you'll be able to put in an order for a 2023 Telluride? Only black nappa leather available for the SX model with the prestige option as I see it. Not liking black.

We bought a 22 Pathfinder in Platinum (top) trim for $1,500 under MSRP back in August. I shopped the Pallisade and Telluride, both of them were way over MSRP and the Telluride was practically a custom order only or pay ridiculous markup that place it in the luxury category. Don't regret our decision one bit. For what they are "supposed" to sell for, yeah they're a viable option. With dealer markup, you are insane if you pay current asking. Saw a Pallisade Calligraphy today on FB Marketplace with 20K miles and they were asking $59K at a dealership LOL. Also, when did Kia decide that all of their vehicles are suddenly worth luxury prices? The new Carnival, Sorento, etc. all have huge markups when compared with other makes. No thank you.

We just got the Palisade and Staria launched in South Africa and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised in person. these products are solid and very competitive with some of the luxury brands and even better in many ways IMO when the price is taken into consideration. just as I was amazed by those 2 Kia would follow up with a double launch of their own in the form of Carnival and Sorento and these 2 take the cake and top it off with a cherry. I honestly feel Kia is even better than its sister company in design, Aesthetics, fit & finish, dare I say they were more deserving of the N brand equivalent line of performance vehicles than Hyundai itself. Kia just feels more premium than Hyundai does and that's just me. the Palisade is cool but the Carnival is special, I have not even seen the Telluride in person my judgment can only be made based on what I saw on the new Sorento, and if anything that tells me that a Telluride is a solid car and the demand matches exactly that.

I keep hearing the warranty doesn’t matter because the dealers don’t do the work or deny engine replacements. The comments I see are on the Facebook KIA ads where someone had an issue with the stinger, and other models where they didn’t have much mileage . Could be a fluke but that’s where the warranty is suppose to satisfy the customer, but as I read, it isn’t. I really like the look and features but I guess I’d have to be comfortable knowing I’d be on my own.
@naveenthemachine3 жыл бұрын
So you’re saying the warranty is virtually nonexistent? Also it could depend on the dealer who honors the warranty
@thomaschristopherwhite90433 жыл бұрын
Isn't that illegal? They can't say that and not do it and not expect to get sued to shit especially in the US.
@NovaResource3 жыл бұрын
Sorry, that’s total BS. I’ve owned 11 Hyundai/Kia cars and have never been denied warranty work (not I had to get much done). Those owner with sour grapes tend to be louder than the many times more happy owners.
@chrisrobles20123 жыл бұрын
NovaResource , yeah of course you can only take 1 online comment with so much authority but c’mon almost every kia ad??? I know in the past some of the KIAs had engine problems but a new stinger ?? That was one model I was actually interested in. If you get a 10year warranty but don’t get an engine and have to rent a vehicle due to the “shortage”...that kind of sucks. On the other hand , after my mother in law was rear ended, they went to Nissan and was handed a used car while the new one was being built. Of course a 5000 deposit was put down so they knew the seriousness of the purchase. It still took 2.5 months to get the new pathfinder. If kia won’t give a used car at least until it’s resolved , that’s a shame.
@chrisrobles20123 жыл бұрын
Thomas Christopher White , dealers can deny warranties or do shady stuff anytime. I worked for Honda and my wife had an issue with our newly purchased 2008 model acura and the dealer told her she couldn’t bring it back a 3rd time or they would charge her. A total lie. I called and asked for their email. They lied and said they don’t have an external email for service. Well I said you can email me at my Honda email address telling me I can’t bring my vehicle in a 3rd time for the same issue. It happens . I had a similar thing with BMW with a 3rd party warranty not accepting the leaking gaskets for the valve cover and the transmission. I paid for the valve cover because it was borderline but the leaking rear main seal was suppose to be covered. I had to get another independent place to verify the leak, then went back and asked for my deductible back after they were able to get a successful claim. BMW dealers do it, and pretty much any others as well.

Hyundai and Kia have come a long way. Five years ago, I was able to get a significant discount from the MSRP. Fast forward a few years later, they are putting 10k+ mark up on these 3 rows SUVs. I am sure the Telluride/Palisade are fine vehicles, but it does not feel right with me to be spending this kind of money on Hyundai/Kia products.

same here, if i can get one at msrp or less, it's a great value. add a markup and it's no longer a value proposition.
