Great job on this video. Sharp looking machines in my opinion. Will be interesting to see how these will be accepted by the sxs and atv community. On a different note....thank you for all the unique content you bring to both cfmoto enthusiasts and outdoor enthusiasts alike. It truly isn't about one particular brand over another. Keep up the great work....your channel is becoming a huge favorite of mine because you continue keeping it real where many other channels are selling out. Thank you for that.

Thanks for the kind words Jimmy. It will be interesting but I think over time it will gain its own foot print in the market. Wait until I do a video on the Segway Villain. It's really cool. 😀

I'm a new subscriber but will be watching for you. Nice job on this video. Knowing you not to long ago bought a Z force 800ex I thought I would reach out to you for a comment. I bought a Z force 950 Sport last month, drove it for about 30 minutes and took it back. I just posted a comment on an older (5 months ago) video of yours. figured I'd find something more recent if I looked. I have an issue with my machine and wondered if you have similar or anything close when you got yours new? I will repost what I left on the other video. "I did just like you, I watched video's for two years before I committed to the Z force 950. I bought it last month, took it home and a few days later I took it back. Question? does your machine have to turn 3000 rpm's before it will move? And then it' lurch's forward about 3 feet then with jerky movements before it finally pulls like it should. That is what the dealer's service manager tells me is normal. Said I have to live with it as they all do it. Why don't I believe that? watched to many video's I guess. Nor was I born yesterday. Raced go carts when younger, drag raced cars for several years, was AMA National Hillclimb Champion three years running as well as seven state championship titles. owned Snowmobiles for years. But, this is my first side x side so I must be an idiot. Yeah I'm probably a tad older than you at 79 but I still have the need for Speed. I ride my street bike, dirt bike and will still take the Challange at a street light. Thats probably the dumbest thing I do these days as I finally learned not to argue with a wife, no future in that. So I was hoping to get a comment from you, did you have any issues like I described with your machine? I believe it's the same clutch setup as I have. Glad I found you, I subscribed and will be watching for you."
@FANATICALSIDERIDER2 жыл бұрын
Hi there! 😃 I haven't drove a zforce 950 yet but it can't be much different from mine. I found mine would chug a bit on acceleration. But I realized you just have to a accelerate more aggressively. And I don't mean burn out each time. Just don't be light on the pedal at take off. It should loosen up over time and get better. Don't be drag racing that 950 at the lights in town either. 🤣🤣

@@FANATICALSIDERIDER Thank you for the quick reply, your a man after my own heart. My issue is that to go where I want to go with IT I must load it on my trailer. I built this trailer to transport my Sand rail (that i also built) and there was no issue there. The motor in the sand rail was just under 400 cc pushing about 230 hp. It was very controllable and I could creep it up the ramps into place on the trailer. The trailer has side rails and nose rail about 14 inch's high so if I went a tad to far the front wheels would just bounce back a bit. This is not the case with the Z 950. I tried to explain at 3000 rpm, the clutch will grab and the resulting forward lurch will be literally 3 or 4 feet. I was thinking about it yesterday and came up with a fix for my issue. I went behind my garage to see what ai had to work with, found a length of 3/8" L metal and welded it between the two braces the go from the tongue to the front rail for support and rigidity. I cut a piece of Nylon 4" long X2" thick and mounted it to the top of the forward rail, I cut a guide slot in the center of that block of nylon. I should not have to drive the thing onto the trailer, I'll pull it up with the winch that's on the 950 the cable will slide over the nylon block and be hooked to the new bar I welded in. They claim their winch is rated at 3500 pounds so that should be no problem, I'll use the remote and walk beside it. Problem solved. Wish I had thought of this a few weeks ago instead of worrying about damaging my new toy, I do appreciate your responding to me and I will take your advise and hopefully it will settle down at some point. I hope you continue to do video's, I'm signed up so will be watching. Thank you again, And God bless all your endeavors.

@@FANATICALSIDERIDER I forgot to mention that I may be tempted but I won't drag race it LOL. It is surprisingly quick and I haven't even had to chance to try sport mode which by the way my salesman said he has one just like mine and he also told me sport mode is about twice what it does in ECO mode. I'm really looking forward to a renewed adrenaline rush. On pavement you can feel those tires slipping with a modest amount of throttle, come on Sport Mode LOL.

I looked at one but have a few issues. 1. Not much aftermarket accessories for them 2. Less dealer locations than even CF Moto 3. Price isn’t much less than the Can Am defender I went with. 4. Resale will be much less than one of the better supported brands CF Moto in my opinion is coming along way to being an established brand here in Canada but they still have a ways to go with respect to dealer network and dealers keeping the line.
